Job Requirements
- Maintain regular attendance and punctuality with or without accommodation
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and/or holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards including quality, cash handling, safety, and security with or without accommodations
- Six months experience in a customer-facing role
- Ability to prepare and coach preparation of food and beverages according to recipe standards
- Six months experience delegating or coordinating tasks with two or more employees
Job Qualifications
- At least six months experience interacting with and fulfilling customer requests
- Six months experience in leadership or task delegation roles
- Ability to direct the work of others
- Effective oral communication skills

Job Duties
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
- Provide quality beverages and food products following standardized and customized recipes
- Handle cash transactions and ensure store safety and security
- Delegate tasks and coordinate with team members
- Coach team members in food and beverage preparation
- Uphold store operating policies and standards
