Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation
- At least six months of experience interacting with customers
- Experience preparing and coaching food and beverages to standard or customized recipes
- Experience delegating tasks and coordinating two or more employees
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Ability to build relationships
- Ability to stay calm and confident in a fast-paced environment
