Job Requirements

  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation

  • prepare and coach the preparation of food and beverages according to specified recipes and customer modifications

Job Duties

  • Lead and direct shift operations to ensure excellent customer service
  • coach and support team members in beverage and food preparation
  • manage store safety, security, and cash handling procedures
  • maintain quality standards for products and customer interactions
  • coordinate and delegate tasks to team members effectively
  • foster a warm, welcoming environment for customers and partners
  • handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
