Job Requirements

  • maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation

  • meet store operating policies and standards including cash handling and store safety with or without accommodations
  • prepare and coach preparation of food and beverages to standard recipes or customer customizations
  • six months of experience interacting with customers

Job Qualifications

  • six months of experience in a customer-facing role
  • six months of experience supervising or coordinating tasks of two or more employees

Job Duties

  • lead the store team to deliver excellent customer service
  • coach and develop team members on product preparation and customer interaction
  • maintain store operating standards including food and beverage quality
  • manage cash handling and ensure store safety and security
  • delegate tasks effectively among team members
  • support inventory management and store cleanliness
  • resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally
