Job Requirements

  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
  • Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays
  • Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and store safety
  • Six months of experience in customer interaction roles
  • Prepare and coach preparation of food and beverages to standard or customized recipes
  • At least six months of experience delegating tasks to other employees or coordinating tasks of two or more employees

Job Qualifications

  • Six months of experience in customer-facing roles
  • Experience delegating or coordinating tasks for two or more employees
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Effective oral communication skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team and build relationships
  • Knowledge of retail environment
  • Ability to learn quickly

Job Duties

  • Lead and coach team members to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Manage daily store operations including cash handling and store safety
  • Ensure consistent preparation of beverages and food products according to quality standards
  • Delegate tasks and coordinate activities among partners
  • Maintain a welcoming and engaging environment for customers
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently to maintain satisfaction
