Job Requirements

  • maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation

  • prepare and coach food and beverage preparation to standard or customized recipes

Job Duties

  • lead team members during shifts to deliver excellent customer service
  • prepare and coach the preparation of food and beverages to standard or customized recipes
  • ensure store policies on cash handling and safety are followed
  • delegate tasks effectively and coordinate the efforts of two or more employees
  • maintain store cleanliness and operational standards
  • resolve customer concerns and promote a positive store environment
  • support training and development of team members
