Job Requirements

  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
  • Be available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
  • Meet store operating policies and quality standards
  • Have six months of customer interaction experience
  • Have six months experience in delegating or coordinating tasks
  • Prepare and coach beverage and food preparation

Job Qualifications

  • Six months of experience in a customer-facing role
  • Six months of experience delegating tasks or coordinating employees
  • Ability to direct and lead others
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Knowledge of retail environment
  • Ability to work well as part of a team
  • Ability to learn quickly

Job Duties

  • Lead and direct team members during shifts
  • Coach and prepare food and beverages according to standard or customized recipes
  • Ensure the store meets operational policies and safety standards
  • Handle cash management and maintain store security
  • Foster a welcoming environment for customers and partners
  • Delegate tasks and coordinate team efforts to maintain efficiency
  • Build relationships and communicate effectively with staff and customers
