Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Be available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
- Meet store operating policies and quality standards
- Have six months of customer interaction experience
- Have six months experience in delegating or coordinating tasks
- Prepare and coach beverage and food preparation

- Six months of experience in a customer-facing role
- Six months of experience delegating tasks or coordinating employees
- Ability to direct and lead others
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge of retail environment
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Ability to learn quickly
Job Duties
- Lead and direct team members during shifts
- Coach and prepare food and beverages according to standard or customized recipes
- Ensure the store meets operational policies and safety standards
- Handle cash management and maintain store security
- Foster a welcoming environment for customers and partners
- Delegate tasks and coordinate team efforts to maintain efficiency
- Build relationships and communicate effectively with staff and customers
