Job Requirements

  • maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
  • availability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
  • meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and store safety
  • six months experience interacting with and fulfilling customer requests
  • six months experience in coordinating tasks of two or more employees
  • prepare food and beverages to standard or customized recipes
  • ability to lead and deploy others
  • effective oral communication skills
  • ability to remain calm in fast-paced environments

Job Qualifications

  • customer service experience in retail or restaurant environment for at least one year
  • experience in delegating tasks and coordinating team members

Job Duties

  • lead the store team during shifts to deliver excellent customer service
  • maintain store operations according to Starbucks standards
  • prepare and coach baristas in making beverages to Starbucks recipes
  • handle cash and ensure store safety and security
  • motivate and support team members to create a positive work environment
  • communicate effectively with customers and partners
  • manage shift tasks including delegating and coordinating work
