Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Availability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards including cash handling and safety
- Minimum six months experience interacting directly with customers
- Ability to prepare food and beverages to standard or customized recipes
- At least six months experience delegating or coordinating tasks of two or more employees
Job Qualifications
- Customer service experience in retail or restaurant environment for at least one year
- Effective oral communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and team-building skills
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt
- Proven capability to direct the work of others
- Knowledge of retail environment
- Ability to build relationships
Job Duties
- Lead and motivate baristas during shifts
- Ensure compliance with Starbucks operational standards
- Deliver quality beverages and food products
- Handle cash and maintain store safety and security
- Coach and prepare team members on recipes and customer service
- Foster a positive and energetic work environment
- Manage tasks delegation and shift coordination
