Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverages and food products, cash handling, and store safety with or without accommodation
- Six months of customer service experience
- Experience delegating tasks to employees or coordinating multiple employees
- Prepare and coach preparation of food and beverages to standard or customized recipes
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least six months of experience in a customer-facing role
- Experience delegating tasks to and coordinating a team of two or more employees
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Knowledge of retail environment operations
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges
Job Duties
- Lead daily store operations and ensure adherence to Starbucks standards
- Coach and mentor team members to develop their skills and knowledge
- Prepare and serve quality beverages and food products following standard recipes
- Delegate tasks and coordinate the activities of multiple employees
- Maintain store safety, security, and cleanliness
- Handle cash and perform transactions accurately
- Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment for customers and partners
