Job Requirements

  • maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
  • available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays
  • meet store policies and standards in beverage and food quality, cash handling, safety and security
  • six months of customer service experience
  • prepare and coach preparation of food and beverages to standard or customized recipes
  • six months experience delegating tasks to employees

Job Qualifications

  • six months of experience in a customer-facing role
  • experience delegating or coordinating tasks for two or more employees
  • ability to lead and direct a team
  • strong oral communication skills
  • knowledge of retail operations
  • interpersonal skills to build relationships
  • ability to work collaboratively within a team

Job Duties

  • lead the team during shifts to ensure quality service
  • prepare and coach team members in making food and beverages to Starbucks standards
  • delegate tasks and coordinate operations effectively
  • maintain cash handling accuracy and store security
  • ensure compliance with store policies and safety standards
  • enhance customer experience by fostering a welcoming environment
  • support team development through training and mentoring
