Job Requirements

  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
  • Available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights or holidays
  • Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and store safety
  • Six months of experience interacting with and fulfilling customer requests
  • Prepare and coach food and beverage preparation to standard or customized recipes
  • Six months experience delegating or coordinating tasks for two or more employees

Job Qualifications

  • At least six months of experience in customer-facing roles
  • Experience in delegating tasks or coordinating two or more employees
  • Strong oral communication skills
  • Ability to learn quickly
  • Knowledge of retail environment
  • Strong interpersonal and team-building skills
  • Ability to build relationships and lead effectively

Job Duties

  • Lead and coach team members to maintain high service standards
  • Coordinate and delegate tasks during shifts to ensure smooth store operations
  • Prepare and coach preparation of food and beverage items according to standard or customized recipes
  • Ensure store safety, security, and cash handling policies are followed
  • Foster a welcoming environment that encourages customer connection
  • Manage attendance and punctuality among team members
  • Support compliance with store operating policies and standards
