Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights or holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and store safety
- Six months of experience interacting with and fulfilling customer requests
- Prepare and coach food and beverage preparation to standard or customized recipes
- Six months experience delegating or coordinating tasks for two or more employees

Job Duties
- Lead and coach team members to maintain high service standards
- Coordinate and delegate tasks during shifts to ensure smooth store operations
- Prepare and coach preparation of food and beverage items according to standard or customized recipes
- Ensure store safety, security, and cash handling policies are followed
- Foster a welcoming environment that encourages customer connection
- Manage attendance and punctuality among team members
- Support compliance with store operating policies and standards
