Job Requirements

  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
  • Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and store safety
  • Have six months of customer-facing experience
  • Ability to prepare and coach others in food and beverage preparation according to standard and customized recipes
  • At least six months experience delegating or coordinating tasks involving two or more employees

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum six months of experience interacting with and fulfilling customer requests
  • At least six months of experience delegating tasks and coordinating a team
  • Effective oral communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and team-building abilities
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing environments
  • Knowledge of retail operations and customer service
  • Ability to build strong relationships with customers and team members

Job Duties

  • Lead and direct the work of team members to ensure efficient store operations
  • Coach and prepare partners in beverage and food preparation according to standard and customized recipes
  • Maintain store standards including cash handling, safety, and security measures
  • Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with customers and fulfilling their requests
  • Manage flexible scheduling to accommodate early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
  • Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment
  • Ensure compliance with store policies and procedures
