Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and store safety
- Have six months of customer-facing experience
- Ability to prepare and coach others in food and beverage preparation according to standard and customized recipes
- At least six months experience delegating or coordinating tasks involving two or more employees

- Minimum six months of experience interacting with and fulfilling customer requests
- At least six months of experience delegating tasks and coordinating a team
- Effective oral communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and team-building abilities
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing environments
- Knowledge of retail operations and customer service
- Ability to build strong relationships with customers and team members
Job Duties
- Lead and direct the work of team members to ensure efficient store operations
- Coach and prepare partners in beverage and food preparation according to standard and customized recipes
- Maintain store standards including cash handling, safety, and security measures
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with customers and fulfilling their requests
- Manage flexible scheduling to accommodate early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
- Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment
- Ensure compliance with store policies and procedures
