Job Requirements

  • maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation
  • available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and/or holidays
  • meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and safety
  • six months experience in customer-facing roles
  • prepare and coach preparation of food and beverages following standard or customized recipes
  • six months experience coordinating or delegating tasks to employees

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • lead and supervise store team members during shifts
  • ensure quality beverages and food products are prepared to standard recipes

  • manage customer service issues promptly and effectively
  • uphold store operating policies and standards
