Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and store safety
- Six months or more experience interacting with customers
- Prepare and coach food and beverage preparation per standard or customized recipes
- Six months or more experience delegating tasks to employees or coordinating the tasks of two or more employees
Job Qualifications
- Customer service experience in a retail or restaurant environment for at least one year
- Experience delegating tasks and coordinating team members
- Ability to lead by example and motivate others
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge of retail operations and safety procedures
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changes
- Demonstrated ability to maintain composure in fast-paced environments
Job Duties
- Lead shift operations and ensure adherence to Starbucks standards
- Coach and support baristas to deliver high-quality customer service
- Manage cash handling and maintain store safety protocols
- Prepare and oversee food and beverage preparation according to recipes
- Delegate tasks and coordinate team efforts during shifts
- Maintain a positive and motivating work environment
- Address customer needs and resolve issues effectively
