Job Duties
- Lead and direct the work of team members during shifts
- Maintain store operating policies including quality of beverages and food products
- Handle cash registers and ensure store safety and security
- Prepare and coach the preparation of food and beverages to standard and customized recipes
- Delegate tasks and coordinate activities among team members for smooth operation
- Foster a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for customers and partners
- Resolve operational challenges and support team members in providing excellent customer service
