Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation

Job Qualifications
- Six months of experience interacting with and fulfilling customer requests
- six months of experience delegating or coordinating tasks of two or more employees

Job Duties
- Lead the daily operations of the store during shifts
- coach and prepare food and beverages to standard or customized recipes
- maintain store safety and security
- delegate tasks and coordinate the workflow among team members
- ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction
- handle cash management and store operating policies
- foster a welcoming and inclusive environment for customers and partners
