Job Requirements

  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation

Job Qualifications

  • Six months of experience interacting with and fulfilling customer requests
  • six months of experience delegating or coordinating tasks of two or more employees

Job Duties

  • Lead the daily operations of the store during shifts
  • coach and prepare food and beverages to standard or customized recipes
  • maintain store safety and security
  • delegate tasks and coordinate the workflow among team members
  • ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction
  • handle cash management and store operating policies
  • foster a welcoming and inclusive environment for customers and partners
