Job Requirements

  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Lead and direct the work of store partners during shifts
  • oversee preparation of food and beverages to ensure quality and consistency
  • manage cash handling and store safety procedures
  • coach and develop team members through training and feedback
  • ensure store operating policies and standards are met
  • handle customer interactions and resolve issues efficiently
  • maintain a welcoming and safe environment for customers and partners
