Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation

- Six months of experience in a position that required constant interaction with and fulfilling the requests of customers
- Prepare and coach the preparation of food and beverages to standard or customized recipes including changes such as temperature, quantity, or substituted ingredients
- At least six months of experience delegating tasks to or coordinating the tasks of two or more employees

- Coach partners in the preparation of food and beverages according to standard recipes or customer modifications
- Ensure quality standards for beverages and food products are met
- Handle cash and ensure store safety and security
- Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality
- Manage flexible work hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
- Foster positive team relationships and effective communication
