Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation
- Availability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling and safety procedures with or without reasonable accommodations
- Six months of experience in a customer-facing role
- Six months of experience delegating tasks to or coordinating two or more employees
- Ability to prepare and coach the preparation of food and beverages to Starbucks recipes or customized orders
Job Qualifications
- Customer service experience in retail or restaurant environment for at least one year
- Proven ability to lead a team and delegate tasks effectively
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge of retail environment and store operations
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new procedures
- Experience with cash handling and store safety procedures
- Effective oral communication skills
Job Duties
- Lead each store shift and manage store operations
- Work alongside and support baristas in delivering quality customer service
- Ensure adherence to Starbucks standards for product quality and store safety
- Handle cash management and security processes
- Motivate and guide team members to create a positive work environment
- Coach employees on beverage preparation and customer interaction
- Maintain composure and effective communication in a fast-paced environment
