Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Available to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling and store safety
- Six months of experience in customer-facing roles
- Six months of experience delegating tasks or coordinating employees' work
- Ability to prepare and coach on standard or customized food and beverage recipes

Job Duties
- Lead the team by delegating tasks and coordinating the work of two or more employees
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Ensure compliance with store operating policies including safety, security, and cash handling
- Prepare and coach team members on food and beverage preparation to meet standard or customized recipes
- Foster a welcoming environment that promotes customer connection and satisfaction
- Provide coaching and feedback to promote partner development
- Manage flexible work schedules including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
