Job Requirements

  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Available to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays
  • Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling and store safety
  • Six months of experience in customer-facing roles
  • Six months of experience delegating tasks or coordinating employees' work
  • Ability to prepare and coach on standard or customized food and beverage recipes

Job Duties

  • Lead the team by delegating tasks and coordinating the work of two or more employees
  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
  • Ensure compliance with store operating policies including safety, security, and cash handling
  • Prepare and coach team members on food and beverage preparation to meet standard or customized recipes
  • Foster a welcoming environment that promotes customer connection and satisfaction
  • Provide coaching and feedback to promote partner development
  • Manage flexible work schedules including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
