Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards including providing quality beverages and food, cash handling and store safety
- Six months of relevant customer interaction experience
- Prepare and coach food and beverage preparation
- Six months of experience managing or coordinating staff
Job Qualifications
- Six months of experience interacting with and fulfilling customer requests
- Six months of experience delegating tasks or coordinating work of two or more employees
- Effective oral communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to learn quickly
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Knowledge of the retail environment
Job Duties
- Lead and direct the work of team members during shifts
- coach partners on food and beverage preparation according to standard or customized recipes
- ensure store operating policies and quality standards are met
- manage cash handling and store safety and security protocols
- foster a welcoming and inclusive environment for customers and partners
