Job Requirements

  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
  • Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays
  • Meet store operating policies and standards including providing quality beverages and food, cash handling and store safety
  • Six months of relevant customer interaction experience
  • Prepare and coach food and beverage preparation
  • Six months of experience managing or coordinating staff

Job Qualifications

  • Six months of experience interacting with and fulfilling customer requests
  • Six months of experience delegating tasks or coordinating work of two or more employees
  • Effective oral communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to learn quickly
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Knowledge of the retail environment

Job Duties

  • Lead and direct the work of team members during shifts
  • coach partners on food and beverage preparation according to standard or customized recipes
  • ensure store operating policies and quality standards are met
  • manage cash handling and store safety and security protocols
  • foster a welcoming and inclusive environment for customers and partners
  • handle scheduling and delegate tasks effectively among team members
  • maintain consistent attendance and punctuality
