Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Lead and coach team members in beverage and food preparation to Starbucks standards
- Delegate tasks and coordinate activities of two or more employees
- Ensure compliance with store operating policies, including cash handling and safety procedures
- Maintain a welcoming and inclusive environment for customers
- Monitor and maintain store cleanliness and order during shifts
- Manage customer interactions to enhance satisfaction and resolve issues
- Support training and development of new partners
