Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation

- Six months of experience in a customer-facing role
- Six months of experience in a leadership or delegation role

Job Duties
- Lead and direct the work of team members during shifts
- Prepare and coach team members on the preparation of food and beverages to standard or customized recipes
- Ensure compliance with store operating policies including quality control, cash handling, and safety protocols
- Delegate tasks effectively and coordinate the activities of two or more employees
- Maintain a welcoming and inclusive environment for customers and partners
- Manage store operations during assigned shifts
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer inquiries or issues
