Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards including providing quality products and store safety
- Prepare and coach preparation of food and beverages according to recipes or customer customizations
- Six months of experience in customer-facing roles
- Six months of experience managing or coordinating employees

- Six months of experience interacting with and fulfilling customer requests
- Six months of experience delegating tasks or coordinating two or more employees
- Ability to direct the work of others
- Effective oral communication skills
- Knowledge of the retail environment

Job Duties
- Lead and direct team members during shifts
- Ensure quality preparation of food and beverages to standard and customized recipes
- Maintain store operating policies including cash handling and safety
- Delegate tasks and coordinate the work of team members
- Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment for customers and partners
- Monitor and support partner performance and development
- Manage shift operations to meet company standards and customer satisfaction
