Job Requirements

  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays
  • Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and safety protocols, with or without reasonable accommodations
  • At least six months of experience interacting with and fulfilling customer requests
  • Prepare and coach preparation of food and beverages to standard and customized recipes
  • At least six months experience delegating tasks to employees or coordinating the work of two or more employees

  • Six months of experience in customer-facing roles
  • Six months of experience delegating tasks or coordinating teams
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Effective oral communication skills
  • Ability to direct the work of others
  • Knowledge of the retail environment
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Ability to build relationships
  • Ability to learn quickly

Job Duties

  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
  • Provide quality beverages and food products according to standard recipes or customized customer requests
  • Handle cash transactions accurately and securely
  • Ensure store safety and security policies are followed
  • Delegate tasks and coordinate the work of two or more employees
  • Coach and train team members to maintain product quality and customer service standards
  • Foster a welcoming and positive environment for customers and team members
