Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and/or holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and store safety with or without reasonable accommodations
- Six months of experience interacting with and fulfilling customer requests
- Prepare and coach preparation of food and beverages according to recipes including modifications
- At least six months of experience delegating tasks or coordinating two or more employees
Job Qualifications
- Customer service experience in a retail or restaurant environment for at least one year
- Ability to direct the work of others
- Effective oral communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Ability to build relationships
- Knowledge of the retail environment
Job Duties
- Lead each shift by modeling store operations standards
- Work alongside baristas to deliver quality customer service
- Motivate and guide team members during shifts
- Manage cash handling and ensure store safety
- Coach preparation of food and beverages to standard or customized recipes
- Maintain a positive and encouraging team environment
- Keep calm and focused in a fast-paced, energetic setting
