Job Requirements

  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and/or holidays
  • Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and store safety with or without reasonable accommodations
  • Six months of experience interacting with and fulfilling customer requests
  • Prepare and coach preparation of food and beverages according to recipes including modifications
  • At least six months of experience delegating tasks or coordinating two or more employees

Job Qualifications

  • Customer service experience in a retail or restaurant environment for at least one year
  • Ability to direct the work of others
  • Effective oral communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Ability to build relationships
  • Knowledge of the retail environment

Job Duties

  • Lead each shift by modeling store operations standards
  • Work alongside baristas to deliver quality customer service
  • Motivate and guide team members during shifts
  • Manage cash handling and ensure store safety
  • Coach preparation of food and beverages to standard or customized recipes
  • Maintain a positive and encouraging team environment
  • Keep calm and focused in a fast-paced, energetic setting
