Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation

- Six months of experience in customer interaction roles

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- At least six months of experience in customer-facing roles
- Proven ability to delegate and supervise team activities
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge of retail environment and operations
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt
- Effective oral communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to build positive relationships and work collaboratively
Job Duties
- Lead and supervise shift operations to ensure excellent customer service and store productivity
- Coach and mentor team members to uphold Starbucks quality and service standards
- Manage cash handling, store safety, and security procedures
- Oversee preparation of beverages and food items according to standard and customized recipes
- Delegate tasks and coordinate activities of employees during the shift
- Maintain consistent punctuality and attendance
- Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment for partners and customers
