Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Available to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and safety
- Six months experience in a customer-facing role
- Ability to prepare and coach food and beverage preparation
- Six months experience in a leadership or coordination role
Job Qualifications
- Six months of experience interacting with and fulfilling customer requests
- Experience delegating tasks to or coordinating two or more employees
- Effective oral communication skills
- Knowledge of retail environment
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Ability to build relationships
Job Duties
- Lead shift operations ensuring store meets operating policies and standards
- Coach and prepare food and beverages according to recipes and customizations
- Delegate tasks and coordinate team member activities effectively
- Maintain quality, safety, and security standards in the store
- Provide exceptional customer service and handle customer requests
- Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment for customers and staff
- Support team development through effective communication and leadership
