Job Requirements

  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
  • Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays
  • Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and safety
  • Experience in a customer-interacting role for at least six months
  • Experience delegating or coordinating tasks for two or more employees
  • Ability to prepare and coach preparation of food and beverages to standard or customized recipes

Job Qualifications

  • Six months of experience interacting with and fulfilling customer requests
  • At least six months of experience delegating or coordinating tasks for two or more employees
  • Ability to direct the work of others
  • Strong interpersonal and oral communication skills
  • Knowledge of retail environment
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Ability to build relationships

Job Duties

  • Maintain store operations and ensure quality standards of food and beverages
  • Delegate tasks and coordinate team efforts during shifts
  • Provide coaching and development to team members
  • Handle cash transactions accurately and securely
  • Enforce store safety and security policies
  • Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment for customers and partners
  • Manage scheduling and shift logistics
