Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and safety
- Experience in a customer-interacting role for at least six months
- Experience delegating or coordinating tasks for two or more employees
- Ability to prepare and coach preparation of food and beverages to standard or customized recipes

- Maintain store operations and ensure quality standards of food and beverages
- Delegate tasks and coordinate team efforts during shifts
- Provide coaching and development to team members
- Handle cash transactions accurately and securely
- Enforce store safety and security policies
- Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment for customers and partners
- Manage scheduling and shift logistics
