Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and safety with or without reasonable accommodations
- At least six months of customer service experience
- At least six months experience delegating tasks or coordinating two or more employees

Job Duties
- Lead and coordinate daily store operations
- coach and prepare food and beverage items according to standard and customized recipes
- ensure compliance with store policies including cash handling and safety
- delegate tasks and oversee team member activities
- maintain regular attendance and punctuality
- foster a positive and welcoming environment for customers and staff
- manage flexible scheduling including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
