Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation

Job Duties
- Lead and direct the work of team members during shifts
- Coach and prepare employees in the making of food and beverages according to standard and customized recipes
- Ensure quality standards for beverages and food products are consistently met
- Manage store operations including cash handling, safety, and security
- Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment for customers and partners
- Coordinate tasks and delegate responsibilities among two or more employees
- Maintain punctuality and consistent attendance
