Job Requirements

  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays
  • Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverages, food products, cash handling, store safety and security with or without accommodation
  • Six months of experience in a customer-facing role
  • Six months of experience delegating or coordinating tasks

  • Effective communication skills

Job Qualifications

  • Six months of experience delegating tasks or coordinating work of two or more employees
  • Ability to direct the work of others

  • Knowledge of the retail environment
  • Ability to learn quickly

Job Duties

  • Lead and direct the work of team members during shifts
  • Coach and prepare employees in the making of food and beverages according to standard and customized recipes
  • Ensure quality standards for beverages and food products are consistently met
  • Manage store operations including cash handling, safety, and security
  • Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment for customers and partners
  • Coordinate tasks and delegate responsibilities among two or more employees
  • Maintain punctuality and consistent attendance
