Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Available to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
- Meet store operating policies including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and safety standards
- Experience in customer interaction roles
- Experience in supervising or coordinating employees
- Ability to prepare and coach standard and customized recipes
Job Qualifications
- Six months of experience interacting with customers
- Six months of experience delegating or coordinating tasks of two or more employees
- Ability to direct the work of others
- Effective oral communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and team-building skills
- Knowledge of the retail environment
- Ability to learn quickly and build relationships
Job Duties
- Lead and coordinate the shift team to ensure excellent customer service
- Prepare and coach the preparation of food and beverages according to standard or customized recipes
- Manage cash handling and store security procedures
- Foster a positive team environment by guiding and supporting team members
- Maintain store operating policies and standards including safety and cleanliness
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Ensure compliance with company policies during shift operations
