Job Requirements

  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
  • Available to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
  • Meet store operating policies including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and safety standards
  • Experience in customer interaction roles
  • Experience in supervising or coordinating employees
  • Ability to prepare and coach standard and customized recipes

Job Qualifications

  • Six months of experience interacting with customers
  • Six months of experience delegating or coordinating tasks of two or more employees
  • Ability to direct the work of others
  • Effective oral communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and team-building skills
  • Knowledge of the retail environment
  • Ability to learn quickly and build relationships

Job Duties

  • Lead and coordinate the shift team to ensure excellent customer service
  • Prepare and coach the preparation of food and beverages according to standard or customized recipes
  • Manage cash handling and store security procedures
  • Foster a positive team environment by guiding and supporting team members
  • Maintain store operating policies and standards including safety and cleanliness
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
  • Ensure compliance with company policies during shift operations
