Job Requirements

  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
  • Meet store operating policies including providing quality beverages and food products, cash handling, and store safety and security with or without reasonable accommodations
  • Six months of experience interacting with and fulfilling customer requests
  • Prepare and coach preparation of food and beverages to standard or customized recipes
  • At least six months of experience delegating tasks to or coordinating the tasks of two or more employees

Job Qualifications

  • Six months of experience in a customer-facing role
  • Experience coordinating or delegating tasks among two or more employees
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to direct the work of others
  • Knowledge of the retail environment
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships

Job Duties

  • Lead and supervise daily store operations to ensure quality and efficiency
  • Coach and mentor team members to uphold Starbucks standards and foster professional growth
  • Maintain adherence to store policies including cash handling, food safety, and security
  • Prepare and oversee the preparation of beverages and food products according to standard and customized recipes
  • Manage shift scheduling and delegate tasks to team members effectively
  • Ensure a welcoming and inclusive environment for both customers and partners
  • Address customer issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels
