Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Availability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and store safety and security
- Six months of experience in a customer service role
- Six months of experience leading or coordinating employees
- Ability to prepare and coach food and beverage preparation to standards
- Ability to delegate tasks and coordinate work of multiple employees
Job Qualifications
- Six months of experience in a customer-facing role
- At least six months of experience delegating or coordinating tasks of two or more employees
- Ability to direct the work of others
- Effective oral communication skills
- Knowledge of retail environment

Job Duties
- Lead teams during shifts to deliver exceptional customer service
- Prepare and coach team members in beverage and food preparation according to standard and customized recipes
- Ensure compliance with store operating policies including cash handling, safety, and security
- Delegate tasks effectively and coordinate the activities of two or more employees
- Maintain a welcoming and positive environment for customers and partners
- Monitor quality and efficiency of service during shifts
- Support growth and development of team members through feedback and coaching
