Job Requirements

  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and or holidays
  • Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverages, food products, cash handling and safety with or without reasonable accommodations
  • Six months of experience in a customer-facing role
  • Prepare and coach preparation of food and beverages to standard or customized recipes
  • At least six months of experience delegating tasks to or coordinating two or more employees

Job Duties

  • Lead the coffeehouse team during shifts to ensure smooth operations
  • Coach and prepare food and beverage offerings according to Starbucks quality standards
  • Manage cash handling and ensure store safety and security protocols are followed
  • Delegate and coordinate tasks among team members
  • Provide excellent customer service and address customer requests effectively
  • Maintain store operating policies and standards
  • Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment for customers and staff
