Job Requirements

  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
  • available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
  • meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and store safety
  • six months of customer service experience
  • prepare and coach food and beverage preparation
  • six months experience delegating and coordinating tasks
  • comply with reasonable accommodations if applicable

Job Qualifications

  • Six months of experience interacting with and fulfilling customer requests
  • experience delegating tasks and coordinating the work of at least two employees
  • ability to direct the work of others
  • effective oral communication skills
  • knowledge of the retail environment

  • ability to learn quickly
  • ability to build relationships

Job Duties

  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality

  • provide quality beverages and food products according to store standards
  • handle cash accurately and ensure store safety and security
  • prepare and coach team members in the preparation of food and beverages to standard or customized recipes
  • delegate tasks to other employees and coordinate the work of team members
  • build strong relationships with customers and team members to foster a welcoming community environment
