Job Requirements

  • maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
  • available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
  • meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and store safety
  • six months customer interaction experience
  • six months experience managing or coordinating other employees
  • prepare and coach food and beverage preparation to standard and customized recipes

Job Duties

  • lead store teams by example to deliver excellent customer experiences
  • manage store operations including cash handling, safety, and security
  • prepare and coach preparation of food and beverages according to standard and customized recipes
  • delegate tasks to team members and coordinate activities during shifts
  • ensure adherence to company policies and quality standards
  • foster a positive and inclusive work environment for partners
  • communicate effectively with team members and customers
