Job Requirements

  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodations
  • availability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
  • meet store operating policies and standards for food and beverage quality, cash handling, and safety with or without reasonable accommodations
  • six months of experience interacting with and fulfilling customer requests
  • prepare and coach food and beverage preparation according to standard or customized recipes
  • six months of experience in task delegation or coordination

Job Qualifications

  • Six months of experience in a customer-facing role
  • six months of experience delegating or coordinating tasks for two or more employees

Job Duties

  • Lead and direct the work of store employees during shifts
  • coach and train team members to ensure high-quality beverage and food preparation
  • manage cash handling and store security procedures
  • ensure compliance with Starbucks operating policies and standards
  • provide outstanding customer service and resolve issues as they arise
  • maintain store cleanliness and safety
  • coordinate scheduling and task delegation among team members
