Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without accommodation
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, safety and security
- Six months experience in customer interaction roles
- Six months experience in delegating or coordinating employees
Job Qualifications
- Minimum six months of experience in customer-facing roles
- At least six months experience in delegating tasks or coordinating employees
- Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills
- Effective oral communication abilities
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt
- Knowledge of retail environment
- Ability to build relationships and lead others
Job Duties
- Lead and supervise store team during shifts to ensure smooth operations
- Delegate tasks to employees and coordinate activities
- Prepare and coach the preparation of food and beverages according to standard or customized recipes
- Maintain quality standards in beverage and food preparation
- Ensure cash handling procedures and store safety and security policies are followed
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers and fulfilling their requests
- Manage store operations in compliance with company policies and procedures
