Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
- meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and store safety
- six months experience in customer-facing role
- prepare and coach preparation of food and beverages to standard and customized recipes
- at least six months experience delegating tasks to and/or coordinating two or more employees

- Customer service experience in retail or restaurant environment
- at least six months experience interacting with and fulfilling customer requests

Job Duties
- Lead each shift and oversee store operations
- motivate and guide a team of baristas
- deliver quality customer service and expertly crafted products
- maintain store safety and cash handling standards

- ensure compliance with Starbucks operational policies
