Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and/or holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverages and food products, cash handling, safety and security
- Six months experience in customer interaction roles
- Six months experience in delegating and coordinating tasks
- Ability to direct the work of others
- Ability to learn quickly
- Effective oral communication skills
- Knowledge of the retail environment
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Ability to build relationships
Job Qualifications
- Six months of experience interacting with and fulfilling the requests of customers
- Six months of experience delegating tasks and coordinating employees

Job Duties
