Job Requirements

  • maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation
  • available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays
  • meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverages, cash handling, and safety with or without accommodation
  • prepare and coach preparation of food and beverages to standard or customized recipes including substitutions
  • six months of experience interacting and fulfilling customer requests
  • six months experience delegating tasks to or coordinating two or more employees

Job Qualifications

  • six months of experience in customer-facing or service roles
  • at least six months experience delegating or coordinating tasks for two or more employees
  • ability to direct the work of others
  • effective oral communication skills
  • strong interpersonal skills
  • knowledge of retail environment
  • ability to work as part of a team

Job Duties

  • lead store shifts with craft and heart to create a welcoming environment
  • manage store operations including cash handling and safety protocols
  • coach and prepare food and beverages to standard and customized recipes
  • delegate tasks and coordinate team members effectively
  • maintain quality standards for products and customer service
  • foster strong relationships within the team and with customers
  • ensure compliance with store operating policies and standards
