Job Requirements

  • maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation
  • available to work flexible hours including early mornings evenings weekends nights and holidays
  • meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation cash handling and store safety and security with or without reasonable accommodations
  • six months of experience in a customer-facing role
  • prepare and coach food and beverage preparation to standard or customized recipes
  • at least six months of experience delegating tasks to other employees and/or coordinating the tasks of two or more employees

  • manage shift schedules and workflows
