Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and/or holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards for quality beverage and food preparation
- Have at least six months experience interacting with customers
- Prepare and coach food and beverage preparation according to recipes and customer preferences
- Have at least six months experience delegating tasks to employees and coordinating team efforts
- Ability to perform responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodation
Job Qualifications
- Customer service experience in a retail or restaurant environment for at least one year
- Effective oral communication skills
- Ability to direct the work of others
- Strong interpersonal and team-building skills
- Knowledge of retail operations and store safety
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new procedures
- Experience with cash handling and delegation
Job Duties
- Lead the shift by managing and supporting the store team
- Ensure delivery of quality customer service and beverage preparation
- Motivate and guide baristas during the shift
- Manage cash handling and maintain store safety standards
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment
- Oversee store operations to meet Starbucks' standards
- Resolve customer and partner issues effectively
