Job Requirements

  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and/or holidays
  • Meet store operating policies and standards for quality beverage and food preparation
  • Have at least six months experience interacting with customers
  • Prepare and coach food and beverage preparation according to recipes and customer preferences
  • Have at least six months experience delegating tasks to employees and coordinating team efforts
  • Ability to perform responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodation

Job Qualifications

  • Customer service experience in a retail or restaurant environment for at least one year
  • Effective oral communication skills
  • Ability to direct the work of others
  • Strong interpersonal and team-building skills
  • Knowledge of retail operations and store safety
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new procedures
  • Experience with cash handling and delegation

Job Duties

  • Lead the shift by managing and supporting the store team
  • Ensure delivery of quality customer service and beverage preparation
  • Motivate and guide baristas during the shift
  • Manage cash handling and maintain store safety standards
  • Foster a positive and collaborative team environment
  • Oversee store operations to meet Starbucks' standards
  • Resolve customer and partner issues effectively
