Job Requirements

  • maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation

  • six months experience in a customer-facing role

Job Duties

  • lead team members to deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming environment
  • ensure quality preparation of beverages and food according to standardized recipes and customer preferences
  • handle cash and manage store operations in compliance with company policies
  • coach and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance
  • maintain store safety and security standards
  • coordinate employee tasks and delegate responsibilities effectively
  • support store management in maintaining operational excellence and achieving business goals
