Job Requirements

  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
  • Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays
  • Meet store operating policies and standards including quality preparation, cash handling, and safety
  • Six months of experience in roles involving direct interaction with customers
  • Prepare and coach others in food and beverage preparation using standard and customized recipes
  • Six months experience in delegating or coordinating tasks
  • Ability to direct the work of others
  • Effective communication skills
  • Capable of learning quickly
  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal abilities

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum six months experience in customer service or related roles
  • Experience delegating or coordinating tasks with two or more employees
  • Effective oral communication skills
  • Ability to learn quickly
  • Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills
  • Knowledge of retail environment
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships

Job Duties

  • Lead and supervise store operations during shifts
  • Coach and prepare team members to make quality beverages and food products according to recipes
  • Delegate tasks to team members and coordinate activities
  • Ensure adherence to store policies including safety, security, and cash handling
  • Maintain a welcoming and customer-focused environment
  • Manage flexible work schedules including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Build positive relationships with customers and the team
