Job Requirements

  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
  • Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
  • Meet store operating policies and standards including quality products and cash handling
  • Six months of experience interacting with and fulfilling customer requests
  • Six months of experience delegating tasks or coordinating multiple employees

Job Qualifications

  • Six months of experience in customer-facing roles
  • Experience coordinating or delegating tasks to employees
  • Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills
  • Effective oral communication skills
  • Knowledge of retail or food service environment
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt
  • Ability to build relationships and lead others

Job Duties

  • Lead and direct team members during shifts
  • Coach and mentor employees on beverage and food preparation
  • Ensure compliance with store policies and safety protocols
  • Manage cash handling and store security procedures
  • Delegate tasks efficiently to coordinate team efforts
  • Maintain quality standards for products and customer service
