Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without accommodations
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverages and food, cash handling, safety and security with or without accommodations
- Prepare food and beverages to standard or customized recipes including ingredient substitutions
- At least six months experience interacting with customers
- At least six months experience delegating or coordinating tasks of two or more employees

Job Duties
- Lead store team during shifts to maintain operational efficiency
- Coach and develop team members in coffee and food preparation to meet quality standards
- Manage store cash handling and ensure safety and security policies are followed
- Coordinate tasks among team members and delegate responsibilities effectively
- Maintain store policies and standards in customer service and store operations
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction
- Foster a positive and welcoming environment for customers and employees
