Job Requirements

  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without accommodations
  • Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays
  • Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverages and food, cash handling, safety and security with or without accommodations
  • Prepare food and beverages to standard or customized recipes including ingredient substitutions
  • At least six months experience interacting with customers
  • At least six months experience delegating or coordinating tasks of two or more employees

Job Duties

  • Lead store team during shifts to maintain operational efficiency
  • Coach and develop team members in coffee and food preparation to meet quality standards
  • Manage store cash handling and ensure safety and security policies are followed
  • Coordinate tasks among team members and delegate responsibilities effectively
  • Maintain store policies and standards in customer service and store operations
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction
  • Foster a positive and welcoming environment for customers and employees
