Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and nights
- meet store operating policies and standards covering quality, safety, and cash handling
- six months of customer interaction experience
- prepare and coach beverage and food preparation to standard or customized recipes
- six months experience managing or delegating tasks to two or more employees

- strong interpersonal and communication skills

Job Duties
- Lead and motivate the store team to deliver exceptional customer service
- manage shifts and oversee store operations including cash handling and safety
- coach and develop partners on beverage and food preparation to ensure quality and consistency
- delegate tasks and coordinate activities of multiple employees
- maintain a welcoming and clean store environment
- ensure compliance with Starbucks store policies and standards
- foster positive customer and community connections
